\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del \u00abMes Rosa\u00bb, la Dra. expres\u00f3 la importancia de generar un h\u00e1bito en las consultas m\u00e9dicas rutinarias, tanto en mujeres como hombres, ya que un diagn\u00f3stico precoz conlleva a tratamientos oportunos que salvan vidas y en este tipo de c\u00e1ncer en m\u00e1s del 90% de los casos se cura cuando se detecta tempranamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de vital importancia estar informado, realizar un chequeo peri\u00f3dico seg\u00fan edad y riesgos por parte de un especialista, practicar la autoevaluaci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas de palpado, adem\u00e1s de llevar un estilo de vida saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la oportunidad, el presidente del IPS, Dr. Lisandro Benmaor, asegur\u00f3 que \u00bb 1 de cada 8 mujeres va a tener c\u00e1ncer a lo largo de su vida, en Argentina se diagnostican aproximadamente 18.000 casos nuevos por a\u00f1o y se estima que se producen cerca de 7.000 muertes por \u00e9sta
